While last minute bookings are possible, most events book 12-18 months out, especially weddings during peak season (May-October). Popular Saturday dates fill up fast. We recommend checking availability as soon as your venue is confirmed — it only takes 30 seconds.

Up until 2009, we were a considerably large DJ service with 18+ DJ's on our roster, servicing 1000+ events per year. After 2009 and still true today, we handle no more than 2-3 weddings on any given day. You get the best of both worlds with Show On The Road. Big company feel with many resources, but a smaller boutique operation with 100% focus on personalized attention to our clients and their guests.

Absolutely. Our online planning portal lets you build your playlist, submit must-play songs, and create a do-not-play list at your own pace before the big day. You stay in control — we handle the execution.

Yes. We provide full ceremony sound including wireless microphones for vows, readings, and any live music moments. Cocktail hour music too. We cover your entire event from the first guest to the last dance.

Our open-air booth comfortably fits 6-8 people (versus cramped 2-3 person booths you see elsewhere).
You get unlimited photo sessions, prints in seconds on professional 2" x 6" photo paper, customized graphics on every strip, and all high-resolution digital images delivered via a download link sent shortly after your event. Plus, we include a professional attendant and full props box at no extra charge.

Every photo booth package includes an 8" x 8" scrapbook where guests can leave their photo strip and a personal message. You can upgrade to a deluxe 12" x 12" album — just ask when you book. It becomes one of your favorite keepsakes from the day.
