Our Wedding Packages

The Chicago Express is designed for shorter receptions, ideal for daytime or afternoon celebrations.  It includes a state of the art sound system to provide concert quality sound and a full 5 foot light show mounted on a tripod consisting of sound-activated colored flood lights, strobe lights, scanners, a mirror ball and an avenger lighting effect.  The light show will come to life with a light touch of fog emitted from our fog machine (where allowed). 

One of the largest music libraries containing over 14,000 song titles on our mp3 based computer system will be on hand for music requests obtained from you and your fiance'. The disc jockey will also visit each dinner table to gather requests from your guests to ensure that we play the right mixture of music at your wedding. 

Your entertainment staff will consist of one or two experienced, tuxedo-attired disc jockeys that will also act as the emcee using a cordless microphone to ensure 100% flexibility and interaction with the audience and bridal party.  Your entertainer will coordinate and handle all announcements, bridal party introductions, typical wedding traditions and dances.  You have the ability to dictate the level of interaction at your reception.

Ceremony Services
Show On The Road can provide a sound system of any size at your wedding ceremony. It can include microphones for the exchange of vows, a wide variety of classical or modern day music for the bridal marches, bride's processional and bridal party recessional.  Since each situation is unique, please call for a price quote.

Once the dancing begins, convert your banquet hall into a modern day nightclub with 4 heads of computer-driven lighting effects.  This synchronized light show, mounted on 10 feet of trussing provides the same lighting effect as seen at the United Center (home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks) and many rock concerts.

Three shots of multi-colored streamer confetti provides a dramatic highlight at any part of the reception.  Confetti is perfect for the "Grand Entrance" of the bride and groom or the last dance of the night.  This is the long streamer-based confetti (easy to clean up).

Video Memories Presentation (VMP)
A beautiful photomontage on video shown at the reception is a unique and tasteful way to personalize your reception.  You provide the photos to us and we'll transfer them onto a DVD with your music of choice.  The DVD is yours to keep and can be shared over and over.
