Our Corporate Event Packages

The Preferred Club Package contains everything you need for a successful company celebration.  It includes a state-of-the-art sound system to provide concert quality sound up to 400 guests and a full 5 foot or larger 10 foot light show consisting of sound-activated colored flood lights, strobe lights, scanners, a mirror ball and avenger lighting effects.  The light show will come to life with a light touch of fog emitted from our fog machine. 

One of the largest music libraries containing over containing 14,000 song titles on our mp3 based computer system will be on hand to provide the widest variety of music possible.  Cocktail and dinner background music is supplied at the start of the reception.  The disc jockey will also visit each dinner table to gather requests from your guests to ensure that we play the right mixture of music at your special event.  Dance music begins when dinner is finished.

Your entertainment staff will consist of one experienced, tuxedo-attired disc jockey that can also act as the emcee using a cordless microphone to ensure 100% flexibility and interaction with the audience.  The cordless microphone will be available to your organization for speeches, toasts and awards as needed.  Your entertainer will help coordinate and handle all announcements, activities, and can lead in audience participation dances and costumed shows during the dancing. At your option, Show On The Road can also offer appropriate games and contests designed specifically for company parties to increase employee morale and promote the fundamentals of teamwork.  These games and contests are not only fun, but available only through Show On The Road at no extra charge.

PARTY FAVORS!!!  It’s the hottest craze in entertainment that your guests will absolutely fall in love with.  Throughout the event, your entertainers will interact and motivate the crowd using different party favors consisting of multi-colored Hawaiian Leis, Maracas, Beachcomber Straw Hats, Tambourines, Mardi-Gras Beads, Hand Clackers, Glow Necklaces and other various noisemakers.  We'll supply your audience with 200 individual party favor pieces that are strategically distributed to various songs throughout the party.  This dramatically increases energy levels on the dance floor and is guaranteed to create more excitement. 

The V.I.P. Club entertainment package includes a state-of-the-art sound system, and a full 10 foot trussing structure packed with lighting effects such as sound-activated colored flood lights, strobe lights, scanners, a mirror ball and 2 additional fog-based lighting effects.  We will also provide a fog machine (where allowed), a complete song library consisting over containing 14,000 song titles on our mp3 based computer system will be on hand and two experienced, properly attired entertainers.

Package is armed with an arsenal of hi-tech lighting effects cranked up in the air suspended by a 20 foot heavy-duty trussing structure.  A vast array of colors will twist, spin, rotate, gyrate, wiggle and sequentially flash on the dance floor bringing life to the room.  Lighting effects will include sound-activated colored floodlights, strobe lights, scanners, a mirror ball, black lighting, jewels, avengers, sparkles, moonflowers, hyper moons and computerized intelligent lighting.  This light show is so complicated that it needs a dedicated computer control to properly operate this work of art.  This light show will far exceed the highest expectations of your distinguished guests.  During the dance, the crowd will also be showered with shots of streamer confetti.
